2010 RATES

DAILY* $30.00 includes electricity, sewer, water and Wi-Fi

WEEKLY* $175.00 includes electricity, sewer, water and Wi-Fi

MONTHLY includes sewer, water and Wi-Fi; electricity will be billed and payable ` monthly for all monthly and seasonal customers

1 Month $395.00 plus $50 electric deposit
2- 3 Months 375.00 per month $50 electric deposit
4- 5 Months 350.00 per month plus $50 electric deposit

SPECIAL SEASONAL RATE (up to 7 months) paid in advance:
$2,000.00 plus $50 electric deposit

TENT SITES* (no hook-ups; water nearby) $15 per day

*Arizona Transient Lodging Tax of 6.05% will be added for stays under 30 consecutive days.

Rates based on two vehicles (RV+other), up to two (2) adults (age 16+), up to 2 children, and up to 2 pets per site.
$2.00/day plus tax ($50/mo) will be charged for each additional person, pet and/or vehicle.


Free-to-Air Satellite TV is available on some sites for $1.00/day or $25/month.


Deposit (check or credit card number) required for reservations:
$30.00 for daily; $50 for weekly; $100 for monthly or seasonal

Cancel at least 3 days before arrival date to avoid charge or receive refund.

We accept MasterCard and Visa.
