Things to do at High Country Campground 

• Explore our lovely 5 acres which is a Certified Wildlife Sanctuary and see a wide variety of birds and other wildlife.

• Hike or ride your ATV through the Apache Sitgreaves Forest which begins on one side of our Campground.

• Kayak or fish at any of the beautiful White Mountain Lakes. Fool Hollow Lake State Park is 15 minutes away.

• Explore the towns of Show Low, Pinetop and Lakeside which are 15 miles away. There are a total of 15 movie screens in Show Low

•  as well as many festivals throughout the year.

• Festivals include 2 Bluegrass Festivals, Show Low Days, Collector Car Shows, Farmer's Markets and many Art Shows.

• Go to the White Mountain link on the Home Page for a current schedule.

• Hike along Arizona's famous Mogollon Rim from nearby trailheads.

• Play games such as horseshoes on our courts.

• Rent a Video from our Camp Store.

• Read a Book from our Camp Library.

• Hook up to our satellite TV (powered by Galaxy 10R FTA channels). 

• Log on to our free campground WiFi . 

• Sit by our peaceful pond and fish (Catch & Release only).

• Shop at our Food & RV Store - enjoy Ice Cream, Snacks, Dairy & Frozen Foods, Ice & Gifts

• Fill up your propane tanks at our station.

• Watch Elk, Birds and other Wildlife in the National Forest which shares our property line.

You will especially appreciate our sparkling clean showers, restrooms and laundry facilities.
